What should I wear?
Comfortable workout clothes and water are perfect. We'll explain the uniform (Gi) and No-Gi; nothing Is needed for your first class.
Do I need experience?
Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly and grow with you.
What age groups do you teach?
We have classes for all ages, starting at 4 through adult. Programs are age-appropriate and skill based.
How do the classes work?
Each hour long class blends striking and grappling, tailored by age and skill level. Empower combines karate roots with modern martial arts.
Do I need to bring gear?
If you own sparring gear you can bring It. If not, we've got gear available for all ages and will walk you through whats needed. Just bring yourself.
How much does it cost?
Memberships start at $99/month with options depending how often you train. We'll go over everything after your trial. No contracts or hidden fees.
Beyond the price, martial arts costs time, consistency, and commitment. You'll get back much more than you put In.
How do I sign up?
Just hit "Try a free class" and we'll take care of the rest. Someone 18+ must sign the waiver.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointments are necessary. Just show up!
